Established in July 2018 as a UK based independent oil and gas project management company engaged in the exploration and development of crude oil and natural gas properties.
HSF (publicly traded on Omani stock exchange) is the operator of block 7 and 15 onshore Oman.
The company discovered 5 fields in total 2p reserve 183 mm BOE as of 31 .12 2019 and still has almost 1 billion bbl potential recoverable resources P90.
The deep gas formation on block 7 is the source of multi trillion gas discovery, therefore reserve and resource based the company among the biggest independent E&P in the Middle East.
HCF has very favourable term of EPSA (exploration and production sharing agreement) with ministry of oil & gas of Oman in particular HCF has 100 % cost recovery up until July 2021 (i.e. no payment to the government).
